- Not be worn, altered, or washed
- Not be a final sale or discounted item

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility conditions. If approved, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Please note that refunds will be issued through Shopify Payments, and bank processing times may vary. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact our support team and we will provide a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. For orders over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item. Please keep a record of your tracking number, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
